Kennicott is a small gray tabby male kitten. While difficult to distinguish from his brother Chitina there is more brown to his face. But seen from above the two look very similar. Kennicott has very soulful blue-gray eyes. He is a rambunctious little boy and usually the first to pounce on the newest toy or to explore the new empty box. If the box has loose brown packing paper expect to hear him digging and playing for 10 or 15 minutes. He also likes to chew on the edge of the cardboard flaps. Kennicott is a strong climber and loves watching birds from the top of a 72″ tall cat tower. It takes him only 2 motions to get from the floor to the topmost level. When the birds linger on a feeder he begins to chatter quietly at them. As with so many kittens Kennicott loves chasing wand toys, laser pointers, small wads of paper and about anything. He has some interest in fetching his favorite little plastic spring toy, but other siblings often get in his way. Kennicott is a great bedtime kitten and typically sleeps around your knee or shin level. But watch out for the spontaneous toe attacks! The Alaskan Memories kittens are named after a holiday their foster dad took to Alaska in 1992. The foster has never forgotten the beautiful and wild remote areas of Alaska. The Alaskan Memories kittens were found by a plumbing company when they were 4 weeks old and we were able to take them in.
