Hi, I’m Rosebud but foster mom calls me Rosie which really suits me because I have such a sweet disposition. She tells me I am a very special girl because although I am blind I see things that most other kitties don’t in very different ways. You see, I am one smart cookie. It hasn’t always been easy for me before I was rescued because I was traumatized by something that has made me not like loud noises at all, they really scare me and so I would prefer a pretty quiet home. I do like to play with toys that make noise now and that’s a big accomplishment for me. I have really come out of my shell, but it may take me a little time to warm up to you. Once I’m sure I’m safe you will have a real chatterbox on your hands. I love to snuggle and sleep with you at night, of course after a bit of conversation about how our day went. I’m ready to explore different things and learn very quickly. I’m good with stairs and could adapt well if shown new things. Would you like to teach me some new things?. Rosebud is blind and a home visit is required prior to adoption.
Rosebud was pulled from WCAS at the request of the rescue coordinator due to her eye issues. She had severe eyelid agenesis and her eyes were too damaged to save when we took her in.
